In 2006, Markus Bölke, Daniel von Wyss and Joël Steiner, all coming from the hospitality and restaurant industry, established a unique pool of skills. PHAR SA, with offices in Lausanne and Männedorf in the Zurich region, has gained a national reputation and is communicating to reflect the expansion of its services beyond procurement. Its success stands on over 800 members, 150 suppliers and 25 employees.
